Cook Once Eat All Week submitted by dree411 on August 28, 2020, 4:48pm This is a great cookbook full of so many recipes including substitutions to accommodate different eating restrictions. She lists the way you should prep and on what days, to make things go smoothly. I do get tired of the same meat all week but it is great for giving 3 different ways to eat the same meat.
Some really good ideas submitted by tracyks on June 24, 2022, 7:55am This has some really great ideas and a few recipes we go back to regularly - egg roll in a bowl is one of our favorites. The cooking day is not overwhelming but it is a lot of dishes - my husband jokes this should be called "Cook Once, Do Dishes All Week" :)
