Compiled from documents, videos and interviews the facts and clues of the mysterious, the facts will be presented to the public for the first time. Blaine and his daughter, Victoria Hester, have cracked open three decades of material on this mysterious tragedy, exposing dark secrets and political in-fighting that tore at the Battle Creek legal system for years.
