Description

Uncovering our world's unfound joy and beauty fuels my passion for photography. Photography caught my heart when I since received my very first point and shoot camera on my twelfth birthday, back in the days of film. I embraced the enlightening transition from film to digital and have not looked back since making the leap. A strong family art background, a BLA degree from Michigan State University, and a lifetime of experience have built the foundation upon which my artistry rests. I devote my free time to photography whenever I can.

Viewpoints is a collection of images for solo exhibition that showcases a transformative adventure that uplifts, encourages, or surprises the viewer and promotes a peaceful atmosphere. The exhibition is arranged in a series of smaller grouped themes which, when taken as a whole, presents our little world in a rejuvenating light. Each piece represents who I am, where I've been, and what inspires me, communicated by an honest, up close and personal photographic style. The common thread connecting the images is a restorative viewpoint of the world, no matter how big or small that world is.
